What to expect:
Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
BarreConcept is the hottest new workout spreading the globe with a celebrity following. Set to high energy music, a BarreConcept workout contains the grace, moves and posture of ballet (no ballet experience required though!), the precision, control and core strength of Pilates, and the alignment of yoga.
A total body workout, Pilates works the body in a functional way, using muscles in synergy with each other. If you are looking to strengthen your abdomen, pelvis and glutes as well as maintain good posture, then this class is for you.

Our vinyasa classes suit all levels* and consists of a warm-up, a variation of sun salutations & gentle flows leading up to an ever changing "challenge pose" to strengthen the muscles and create space.

A very gentle class for all levels and all ages with predominantly seated and supine poses held for a longer time to unravel tension and calm the mind.
The limitless Wheel originated from the mind of yogi Rose Rocca and her desire to perfect her yoga form. Our Wheel class is about just that - using it as a prop to strengthen and perfect our form, while having a whole lot of fun and possibly a good laugh!
